The manager I spoke with was extremely gracious in agreeing to apply the discount and when she learned that my husband and I planned to do some house hunting in Marin County after my husband's business conference in the city, immediately offered the services of Campton Place Hotel's concierge to be of assistance; I received follow-up emails from both individuals.
