1. The location is superb, the rooms very comfortable, the bathrooms great but most of all the front desk staff is always warm, helpful, efficient and accommodating.

Starting with the front desk (Fisshea was simply amazing - whatever he's paid it needs to be more) to the maintenance man who immediately came to our room to hoop up the ipod dock within minutes of a call to the front desk, to guest services to the concierge - everyone was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional.

From the superb front desk staff, helpful concierge and friendly doorman to the unbelievable housekeeping staff (so discreet we barely saw them) but whose presence we felt each day when returned to our meticulous rooms -- daily turn down service hands-down best we have ever encountered in any luxury hotel.
