We spent the night upon our return a week later: stood outside in the cold wind for late shuttle; my hubby accidentally booked this room as standard so it was a smoking room and reaked!; carpet filthy; A/C - heating unit appeared to have not been dusted in at least 9 months; walls with brown/black filth; bathroom wall had a cut out in it with no repair; shower head falling away from tile; toilet seat appeared to have old urine splatter on it; tub so filthy we didn't shower; breakfast juices/milk warm & not on ice; lady rinsed glass after she handled trash without washing her hands.
