1. the room i stayed in was clean, the bathroom very clean, hot shower was available thru out and what more, i had free breakfast - nothing fancy, just enuf to fill me stomach and start walking around SFO.

7. Dirty room; uncomfortable and lumpy bed; broken tub faucet; dim lighting in the bathroom; squeaky toilet lid; two flat pillows; hotel staff was not rude, but not friendly or helpful either.

We spent the night upon our return a week later: stood outside in the cold wind for late shuttle; my hubby accidentally booked this room as standard so it was a smoking room and reaked!; carpet filthy; A/C - heating unit appeared to have not been dusted in at least 9 months; walls with brown/black filth; bathroom wall had a cut out in it with no repair; shower head falling away from tile; toilet seat appeared to have old urine splatter on it; tub so filthy we didn't shower; breakfast juices/milk warm & not on ice; lady rinsed glass after she handled trash without washing her hands.
