1. Staff was courteous at check in/check out and were helpful and friendly even though it was a hectic two days for the hotel with a big event.

3. They have a business center where you can print your boarding passes for free and an indoor pool and whirlpool (open until 11) If you are here during the weekend, go check out Ferry Plaza Farmer's market.

9. We also walked to Ferry Building from our hotel (about 15 minutes) to check out a farmers market (which opens on Sundays only, I think?) Great place to go to if you are a food lover/adventurer.

10. I was able to check in early with no problems (not always the case due to availability) and did not request a late check out, nor did I interact further with the staff, other than the housekeeper who came initially around 9am to see if I had checked out yet, which was not an issue at all.
