5. Overall, the service from hotel staff was outstanding - when we checked in, we were quite early and the staff at the front desk - Charles - was very accommodating and offered us hot towels 'after your long journey'.

8. Saturday and Sunday we got to have fun with friends all day while our room was perfected with nice towels hung up, nice soaps lining the shower, and clean, soft sheets, and big pillows to flop onto at night.

9. Upon arriving we were given lovely scented hot towels to refresh ourselves and our room was not ready (but we knew check in was at 3pm) so went and grabbed some lunch on the Fisherman's Wharf over the road and headed back at 3pm.
