1. The concierge was the absolue best in booking our dinner reservations and a suggestion for a dim sum lunch hidden in the Rincon building across the street (which was great.

3. We didn't eat at the Hotel due to special dietary needs, so for breakfast we ambled over to the market where we found a Gluten Free vendor that met our 'breakfast & lunch on the go' needs.

6. With a beautiful smile Concierge Monique made a reservation for us to enjoy yummy Dim Sum lunch @ Yank Sing which was 1 block away and showed me how to get to the Hayes Valley by car with the most straightforward route with hotel's own city map.

8. But you probably don't really need to eat there (unless you want breakfast before 9am), because you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Ferry Building.

9. Service excellent and Kevin the concierge recommended a route on our trip to Napa Valley, including a hotel with a ittle known cafe to the side of the main restaurant with stunning views and fab lunch.

10. Upon arriving we were given lovely scented hot towels to refresh ourselves and our room was not ready (but we knew check in was at 3pm) so went and grabbed some lunch on the Fisherman's Wharf over the road and headed back at 3pm.
