1. When we pulled up I was underwhelmed by the appearance of the place, but the lobby was nice, and when we got into our room it was fine.

4. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly, but the hallways had a lot of wear and tear, the elevator broke down on Sunday and the room had a funny smell.

8. This is about the only place in Chicago to get free parking and it's very close to the front lobby and in a gated area.
