3. As soon as our taxi pulled up one of the bell boys was removing our luggage and checking our names, he informed reception, and we were met by one of the 'personal assistants' who took us directly to our room for an explanation, no messing around at the front desk.

8. On our last day at The Tides, we decided to take a little break from the sun and watch a movie (every room has a DVD player and there is a large selection of movies available at the front desk at no cost).
