1. Courtesy bottled water in the lobby, a nice pastry and coffee breakfast, and beach chairs and umbrellas are all included in your room rate.

4. The rooms ( we booked a Signature suite) are slightly disappointing at first glance but actually the beds are very comfortable, good showers, good views of the sea and beach etc. Breakfast was varied and good quality and the location is perfect for central SoBe.

6. The others got my orders wrong twice and I was waiting to be seated on another occasion despite the breakfast area being quiet whilst the servers were 'busy' chatting to each other at the computer.
