1. The manager (Yulia) went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay in Orlando for a last minute trip.

2. You will not get any toilet paper, soap, cofee in the room unless you go and beg for it at the front desk from a manager( cleaning ladies dont speak english, front desk person had no front teeth!).

4. One disadvantage that I noticed was that there was not enough sun chairs and beds by the pool but once I mentioned this to the manager the next day we found that they have added extra chairs and beds by the pool.

10. Upon telling the manager about the air condition, only a housekeeper was sent to mop up the floor instead of a maintenance person to fix the leak in the air condition.
