1. 5) It is clear from reading past TA reviews and from our own experience that if you book via HW, PL, or any other discount agency that you will most likely end up in rooms 202 or 203, both of which we were in and both appeared to have hosted rather damaging parties in the past.

3. I told him that I could have booked online if I knew there would be an issue and he didnt want to give me the discounts stating that I signed for this rate My vacation was a disaster all over again.
