6. Chairs have obvious signs of wear and tear, with ripped linens and stained - Several chairs in the lobby were broken and barely hanging from a thread - I could see stains on the couch in my room On the plus side: - Rooms were clean and large and confortable - Breakfast is nice.

Some specifics:Pro's:- Fantastic location- Nice, modern decor throughout the hotel and rooms- Big, spacious rooms with living area, kitchenette, bath, and sleeping area- Beautiful rooftop cabana and pool (although the pool is quite small)- Good continental breakfasts (included), with excellent croissants- Accommodating and friendly staff- Free wireless internet.
