1. I thought it was a nice touch having the front desk staff wear a traditional Japanese style clothing instead of the typical hotel uniform.

6. After a long flight, I was relieved to to be greeted by a friendly front desk clerk names James, who not only was welcoming and kind to answer all my questions without a hint of annoyance, he also offered me a free drink ticket at check in which was nice touch.
