1. Location is decent - it's more suburban than say bucktown or downtown, but parking is free unlike those hotels (which charge $40 a day to park!).

3. Normally that kind of damage under a bathroom door wouldn't bother me, but 5 feet above it is a sign that says the hotel reserves the right to charge up to $355 a night.
