1. In addition Select Guest members (Omni's loyalty membership club) get their choice of 2 beverages delivered to their room daily, plus free internet which costs other guests about $11.00.

2. We went to see a Bull's game which was amazing, went on an Architectural boat tour, booked at the hotel which we really enjoyed, and had cocktails in the Signature Bar of the Hancock Tower - a wonderful experience and well worth the cost.

7. It is sitting on a counter along side the tea and coffee facilities ( Not in the mini bar where all chargeable items should be) which are free so be careful and be warned if you drink the water it will cost you $9.99 a bottle .

8. One woman staff member saw us waiting patiently too long in the lobby for our car, about 45 min and deducted the parking cost for that day.
