1. I unfortunately left two coats in my room and housekeeping was fantastic and sent them by courier to me asap.

From housekeeping who went out of there way to provide us with something they did not have in stock, to the front desk who offered some free candy to my tired young traveling children (traveled from CA with young children), to the hotel manager, Jerry Keyes, who greeted us kindly during one of the free happy hour meals and asked us how our room was.
