8. It was very nice and have everything I needed for my business trip: free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free printing, etc. It was great to be able to print some last-minute documents without worrying about costs.

Hints for a trip to Chicago with a family of 4: bring comfortable shoes and walk where you can (they are short city blocks, don't buy the 3-day trolly bus TRAP, visit the Hancock Building bar (not the observation deck), take the hotel recommendations for low-and-mid-cost meals, plan for MORE TIME at Museum of Science and Industry.
