2. Our bathroom in a junior suite had an old tub with mildew, an old low-flow toilet that you felt like you were going to fall off of, and only one sink on a very long vanity, and bathroom fixtures were from the '70s.

I could go on & on, but after staying here so many times, these amazing people have constantly exceeded my expectations!:)The rooms are really lovely- all beginning on the 15th floor (15-31 I believe) & have everything I need- a great flat screen TV with very clear pictures, large windows with stunning views (my favorite are the Lake View rooms on the 20th floor & higher), roomy bathrooms with a nice soaking tub, fantastic beds (I dream about their beds--so good.

10. The hotel has all the ammenities you would expect, pool, gym (with actually good equipment, unlike some other hotels) and spa, Guest room was wonderful, had a large room with good lake view , huge bathroom, wonderful linens and premium L'Occitane toiletrees.
