1. BUT, the WiFi is free for everyone, not just Hilton Honors members, and you will pay extremely inflated prices for WiFi service at the Palmer House or Chicago Hilton if you aren't in the Hilton Honors program.

4. The computer in the lobby was also GREAT as I didn't bring my laptop - everyone loves free wifi ;)Coming from the Caribbean it was nice to still have everything at our fingertips, shops (Forever 1, Charlotte Russe), restaurants and a CVS 1-2 blocks away.

5. The room was standard size with two comfortable queen beds, nice LCD TV (but I hate how this TV and most hotel TVs don't remember the last channel I was watching), good heating, bathroom that's perhaps 2 feet longer than most, good water pressure in the shower, and free WiFi.
