1. Clean room, nice sized bathroom, I like the extra touches like specially folded towels, something just a little extra.

2. My 2 collegues arrived later that day and there was a mix up regarding the reservation but they wound up on the 12th floor and they also found the towels thin and the beds too soft.

This hotel is lacking in any sort of amenities (besides free contintnal breakfast in the small lobby) and is missing some of the finer touches (only 2 small and scratchy bath towels and 2 hand towels a day, the staff at ground level will sometimes sit by the door and not greet you or assist you with opening the door, etc).

10. You won't find heated towel bars, fluffy terry cloth robes or a mini bar in your room, so if only the best will do for you, then this is not your kind of place.
