The location is great - so much going on - busy night life, good eating places, young studenty atmosphere (being close to the University) and a great place to do a Dylan pilgrimage - he lived in this hotel back in the day, played in local clubs etc. It is quick and easy to travel by bus downtown to the WTC memorial, Battery Park etc or uptown.

7. The price was quite competitive, and the location was perfect for us - just across from Washington Square in the West Village, in a good walkable area near plenty of places to eat (Babbo is right across the street).
