1. There are some excellent places to eat in the Village - Johns for pizza,Burrito Loco, Mexican etc Many bars have happy hours.

5. Who wants to stay uptown in the hussle bussle and noise of the city when you can easily reach there on the subway and you are in a nice leafy peaceful place facing the lovely washington square park with the friendly chubby squirrels and all the bars and restaurants around the area.

9. Spent a small fortune in the bar downstairs as barman ultra friendly and very intimate bar ,whenever NY overpowered me I would just go and sit in the park to chillout.
