1. On the plus side the staff were very helpful when I needed emergency dry cleaning and pressing of a suit, and the shoe shine they organised for my old brown brogues was stunning.

3. and why do you only get one robe these days?!all the rooms seemed to be pretty much the same, so no budget option but no penthouse style suites either, just functional rooms.
