2. Good lighting and mechanical systems (except that I would be startled by a loud bang in a pipe in the wall occasionally), Wardrobe was too tight, but many rooms seem to have closets.

5. The only noticeable drawback was a very small closet and the lack of hooks and/or towel bars to hang clothes and wet towels on in the bathroom.
