1. there is a hot (but not gourmet) free breakfast every morning, free wireless access all over the property, and more importantly for a downtown hotel, free parking (highly unusual and valuable) and the beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent (in the end, aren't these the most important things?) This is an excellent value for the money and convenience.

5. The good: We could walk to the ballpark (it's maybe 2 miles, just past the convention center), we didn't have to pay for parking which saved us money, and they had free continental breakfast.

6. Also included was a small fridge and microwave which I love as I buy cold cuts and make sandwiches which saves a ton of money on eating while away from home.
