4. The staff from the GM Hunter Glass down to the breakfast staff provided excellent service and the little things like a free bottle of water to the GM talking to the guests at breakfast made us feel really comfortable.

8. An example of excellent service is when I mentioned at checkout that I didn't get my HHonor Diamond ammenities (water, snacks, newspaper) without me saying any more, clerk apologized at reduced my room rate in half.

9. The hotel scheduled a car service to take me back to the airport which ended up being late, but overall my stay was good and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel on a budget in NYC.
