4. An example of excellent service is when I mentioned at checkout that I didn't get my HHonor Diamond ammenities (water, snacks, newspaper) without me saying any more, clerk apologized at reduced my room rate in half.

5. When we checked in the nextMorning back at Hampton Inn they confirmed they will refund my money back for one night, upon checkout when we asked for my money back they said they are Franchise for Hilton and it is a standard practice to overbook hotels.
