5. The one drawback to the configuration of the this hotel was the wait for the elevator and it sometimes seemed you were competing with housekeeping for its use.

7. Cups were not provided in the bathroom and we could've used more towels from the housekeeping staff for a group of four.

Also, housekeeping did not seem eager to replace our toilet paper or give us extra rolls, not sure the reason for the stinginess there, but on the morning we actually ran out, we made a point of putting the empty rolls and roll holders on the toilet lid and when we returned to our room later that day, they were refilled, but we still were not given any extras.

9. Housekeeping also replaced our towels daily despite the fact that we had them hanging on the back of the door and on the towel rack instead of left on the floor: which was clearly stated in the hotel book as the place to leave them for replacing.
