1. Staff was friendly, but not outstanding ( we had several issues with our TV - no solution, nor apology, and they forgot returning one of our bags which we left in the luggage room on the day of our departure -luckily we noticed only several minutes away from the hotel in the cab on our way to the airport.

7. Love this place, great staff, great service and a fantastic location, make sure you pop down to Chelsea Market when you stay here and have a Fat Witch brownie .

8. In the end we ended up staying for Christmas and getting Christmas presents from the staff and for New year, for the Soho House party, which was free to guests and a great bonus.
