4. Busy restaurant int he evenings like the other soho house clubs so make sure to book a table for lunch/dinner.

6. Little things aside, that all hotels can improve upon, and that's what they should want to do, the credit card errors, the food allergy snaf-fu's and the sticky sweet receptionists who put on a good facade but then drop the ball on dinner reservations, et al.

7. The concierge could not have been more helpful - making us dinner and brunch reservations, booking a car from the airport etc. All great recommendations and completed with no fuss.
