1. Excellent restaurant and bar w fantastic city views (though waitstaff both nights seemed to need a refresher class on how to be polite--hint: it is ok to smile, and when an elderly person is waiting for their coat, don't rush them), nice people at front desk.

5. I cannot give enough credit for this hotel , upon arrival we were booked to stay in a studio suite , and was upgraded free of charge to a studio suite on the 15th floor with a superb view out of all the windows.

A must is the breakfast in the top of the tower restaurant, we were the only ones up there the morning after we arrived and had the whole place to ourselves, the view is fantastic and if like us you have a cold crisp day the photos from the restaurant walkway were a real 'wow we are in New York' moment.
