1. I booked this room on line at the last minute using some of my accumulated points and also the whole hotel is pet friendly (no extra charge for pets).

10. No where did it say they would charge for that water, there is no mini bar, so I assumed it was complementary to the room just like the coffee and tea so imagine my surprise to see a charge to my credit card after I get home for a $5 bottle of water.
