1. I booked this room on line at the last minute using some of my accumulated points and also the whole hotel is pet friendly (no extra charge for pets).

10. When I asked who was supposed to tell me that there was a charge for the water or where was it supposed to say as such, he said it should have been on the bottle and that he could remove the charge and hung up.
