1. On the first night we called and asked to get some extra blankets and pillows(they only give you one flat pillow per side of bed) They refused to give us the extra items we requested.

3. About 10pm discovered that there were only 2 very thin pillows on the bed, so back to the reception to ask if we could have an extra 2.
