3. The housekeeping staff opened our door at 9:00 woke me up and started my day poorly, as someone cracking my hotel door has me in fight mode, they should have had a list as to who had checked out.

5. The room was clean, free internet was slow and unresponsive, it advertised a movie channel but only basic cable, location was good, and price was reasonable however due to housekeeping rudeness I would advise staying somewhere else.
