1. When I checked out I told them I did not use it and requested the fee be refunded and it was promptly refunded with no hassle.

2. On arriving to the hotel late afternoon (as we were flying home the next morning) and paying for the room, I noticed that I was charged almost $3 extra and when I questioned the fee I was told that it was for the safe.
