1. the day of checkout, we were getting ready to check out by 12pm (which is what the checkout time was) and at 11 am, the maintenance man came to our room and asked if we were leaving yet, then 20 mins later, the cleaning staff shows up to clean our room.

3. We were told we would be charged half our stay the first week and the rest upon checkout, however, they charged the entire stay to my credit card early.
