1. the day of checkout, we were getting ready to check out by 12pm (which is what the checkout time was) and at 11 am, the maintenance man came to our room and asked if we were leaving yet, then 20 mins later, the cleaning staff shows up to clean our room.

2. When a relative who had been there for 6 days with me went to check out they didn't even have her in that room and didn't know what to charge her.
