1. I was in a room on the 14th floor facing the freeway and really didn't have any problems with the freeway noise (make sure the window is closed all the way and the lever handle is closed).

2. Location (except for the freeway) is fine - it's in the 'NoCharge' zone for public transit and it's a 20-25 min walk to Pike Place Market from the hotel.
