The bathroom fixtures are ancient, the shower heads low, the
water pressure
lower, and the heating & cooling is out of the 1950s (steam radiators and window AC units).

Nice rooms with kitchenette can satisfy a family of 3 ,, only minus is a
water pressure
in a bathroom.

We were in the third floor and had the
water pressure
go down to almost nothing at times which is extremely annoying when you are taking a shower.

Beware of the
water pressure
when showering - it can go from very fast to very slow in seconds - so be quick.
