If you don't want to rub elbows with the hoi polloi, then you are better off staying at the Roosevelt or Red Lion
downtown
and taking the monorail to Seattle Center/Key Arena, etc. So, bottom line.

Only four blocks through beautiful Seattle Center to the Space Needle and Monorail to take you
downtown
where everything you might want to see is within walking distance.

The location is fantastic: safe, lively neighborhood with lots of good coffee shops, restaurants, a great record store, very good grocery store, a block from the Seattle Center, convenient to
downtown
and the waterfront.

Absolutely wonderful all around service to the
downtown
