1. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a walk in closet, good bathroom and kitchenette.

I love the old fashioned bathrooms with comfy little tubs, the great toiletries, the beautiful courtyard, and the location, location, location just steps away from shops, restaurants, buses (we took the 18 all the way to Safeco Field and it stops near the hotel coming and going) and the post office.

3. The room was a third-floor walk up with old and stained carpeting, a musky odor that never left even with the windows opened, a small and cramped bathroom, old and creaky furniture, and a light near the bed that only worked when I leaned against the wall a certain way.

7. the bathroom door didn't work (latch broken) the baseboards were lifted up, the windows were single-pane wooden lift-ups (even on the bottom floors) and the ceiling had water damage.
