4. ServiceThis is where the hotel could use a bit more polish, but I suppose there is a reason that Homewood Suites generally rates below the flagship Hilton brand and its sister Embassy Suites brand.

6. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the better hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in and I got it for the Per Diem rate.

7. The hotel arranges flat-fare cab service to the Seatac airport, and while I don't know how the rate compares to the average downtown-airport one way fare, they have always been reliable.

9. I don't understand why they can't allow customers to park themselves, but if they have a good reason then they should not use this as a means to take advantage of customers and charge such a high rate.

10. Parking is a bit expensive at $25, but valet parking is the same rate, so it's worth using their service for the fee.
