1. For now (apparently until Sept 30) there's free public transportation to most of the major downtown Seattle attractions which is very convenient to get around.

5. Buses are free in the downtown Seattle area during the business day (7:00am to 7:00pm, I think) There are many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

8. If you go down-hill two blocks you can catch the busses for free through most of downtown from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Just Google the free bus zone and print out the map to see where you can go for free.
