1. Front desk, bell, and housekeeping staff were all courteous and helpful, although the person checking me in forgot to tell me about hotel amenities like the evening wine reception and Kimpton InTouch amenities like free wi-fi.

3. To top it off, my daughter brought her blanket and bunny into the bath with her and the housekeeping manager was nice enough to throw it in the dryer and bring it back to us.
