6. Also friendly warning that I don't think reflects too bad on the hotel but just a warning for other guests is I did have to make a long distance call to Vancouver, BC because I forgot my phone and I found the charge was pretty large.

8. And then there is the nickle and diming that I just can't stand when I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a hotel room--one-ply toilet tissue, big bottles of shampoo and soap bolted to the wall, slippers with a 'if-you-use-these-we'll-charge-you-$15' tag attached to them.

10. Our credit card had to be closed out, and we are still fighting this charge which no one at the hotel can explain other than saying it was for a now show (did I mention we were there in another room at the time).
