3. It is well located for the Broadway part of the city with lots of good restaurants in the vicinity(Quinns on Pike) including some nice cheap eating places for lunch nearby as well as a QFC over the road.

4. This is not the place I'd choose for couples' romantic weekend, but hey - if we ended up here, it would be fine as is conveniently located, reasonably priced and the restaurant/bar is great.
