1. If parking in downtown Seattle was easier this wouldn't be an issue but the walk from downtown to the hotel is uphill at an incline.

3. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay in the Downtown, Broadway, First Hill areas of Seattle no matter the reason for your visit.

5. The free shuttle picked me up within 5 minutes of calling from downtown, Jimmy's on Broadway had an excellent Happy Hour late at night, the Hot Tub was welcomed after a long day of exploring, and it was nice having FREE laundry for guests.

It's a 15 minute easy walk to downtown from up on Capitol Hill although they do have a free shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes to 4 drop offs (and on game days to a stop just 2 blocks from the stadiums); pick-ups from downtown just require a phone call and they'll be there w/in 15 minutes-such a nice handy extra.

10. - the frequent shuttle to downtown was great and saves a lot of money on cabs- no laundry service but high quality washer and driers on each floor made laundry v easy if neededA couple of small quibbles :- the hotel restaurant Jimmy's was a little bit soul-less and quiet.
