5. Lola Restaurant is attached and Dahlia Lounge and Serious Pie (BEST brick oven pizza) are across the streeet, plus the reasonable parking next door make this place perfect.

7. One of the main reasons I was interested is because of the valet parking included in one of the packages, so I mentioned this to the woman taking my reservation on the phone, and she said she could give me half off velet parking.

10. Drawbacks include pricey valet/overnight parking (but that may be typical for the neighborhood) and you can hear traffic noise even on the higher floors.
