1. Our very positive experience with Hotel Andra began before our arrival in Seattle with the extremely helpful information provided by the concierge (Lorraine).

5. Our flight arrived early in the morning and a phone call inquiring about baggage storage and valet parking before check in time was met with an immediate, "absolutely!" Our room was ready for us at our 10:30AM arrival and the concierge was professional in inquiring about what we wanted to do, and gave us great suggestions that led us to see things in Seattle we would have missed.

7. And, outside the points mentioned above, the staff overall was fantastic, helping us at every point -- housekeeping was very responsive and courteous, the doormen were always able to help, the concierge and front desk gave us great ideas where to get pizza, and more.

10. For example, one night I asked the front desk for some earplugs and after about 10 minutes the concierge showed up at my room with a small store bag with some earplugs that they must not have had in house and had to run out to the store to get.
